History

Founded in August 1999, Logiq expanded its operations by acquiring EE Nett AS in 2006, a company specializing in master data management solutions. Furthering our growth, in 2009, we acquired Finfo Information AB, known for holding Sweden's most comprehensive database of product information in the building materials sector. In 2014, Logiq obtained the EDI portfolio from Norsk Byggtjeneste, which included 116 customers who were subsequently incorporated into Logiq Connect.
