Partnerships- crucial for success
Troels Hansen, CEO Logiq welcomed all participants and presented the first speaker of the day, Jon Kalnes, sales manager at IntegrasjonsPartner BITS AS. Jon presented their software solutions for automating and streamlining trade and logistics processes. IntegrasjonsPartner became a Logiq partner in November 2020 and Jon emphasized how a close partnership is crucial for success.
Collaboration with focus on the customer
Lena Magnberg, partner relations manager at PengVin Affärssystem, entered the stage next to talk about PengVins progress in the market.
By working with Logiq to create more sales channels and a wider product range with smart solutions, they have strengthened their position and brought their customer closer. One of these customers is Skene Järn, which was founded over 90 years ago and has stores in several locations in south of Sweden. Sven Örnell, IT manager in Skene Järn, has worked within the company for almost 40 years and has been involved in the whole process and seen the positive development.
From manually scanning supplier invoices and sending large quantities of customer invoices via letter, they have increased the quality of their processes through digitization, resulting in savings in both time and resources. Skene Järn uses several of Logiq´s services, and with the collaboration with PengVin they continue their journey.
New customer portal and updates on services
After a much-needed lunch break, we took our seats again and Martin Børke, Director of marketing and product management at Logiq, gave a closer look into Logiq’s various services.
Amongst other news, our two most recent product launches were highlighted: Document Control and Logiq Loop. Martin also gave an update on the development of Logiq´s new customer portal, which by now has been released to about 300 users and will continue to be rolled out to all our customers. The new portal is faster, more efficient and has received a significant facelift.
In the company of good partners
The main reason for gathering is to emphasize the importance of good partnerships – to continue to grow and become more successful together. For 30 minutes we had a discussion about how to best cater for the market and our customers together. This included both a discussion about new services and talks about how we can become even better partners. The discussions gave much valuable input that we will bring on board for the future.
Market update
Next up was Andreas Bye, project manager at Logiq. Andreas was recently elected as a member of the OpenPeppol Post Award Change Board (CMB).
He spoke about the news, changes and future prospects that are taking place in the market at Peppol and EESPA, and also introduced the concept of Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) which is becoming more widespread in Europe.
Partner of the Year
Nominating Partner of the Year has become a permanent feature of our Partner Day and this year was no exception. Johan Gren, senior sales manager at Logiq, opened the golden envelope and read the justification.
”Through hard and determined work, joint training and customer activities that have resulted in a steady stream of business, we congratulate Exsitec as Logiq Partner of the Year 2022!”
Erik Ahlepil and Olle Oreland from Exsitec were welcomed on stage to receive flowers, gifts and a statuette. We look forward to another exciting year with many activities together.
The evening was kicked off with entertainment by Zahid Ali, one of Norway’s most famous stand-up comedians. Many of our guests stayed until late hours and we were very happy with such a successful event. A wonderful atmosphere with many good and rewarding conversations sums up Logiq´s Partner Day of 2022.
