Email invoices is a convenient option for many recipients. However, as a sender this delivery channel faces many obstacles, such as updated email addresses, mail server rules, spam filters, full mailboxes, or even ignored emails. The outcome is that some of the invoices never reach the customer.
Logiq Smartmail allows you to confirm that the customer has really received and viewed the invoice. Instead of sending the invoice as a PDF attachment in the email, the email includes a link to a webpage where your customer can access the invoice. This way, you will get alerted when the customer follows the link and views the invoice.
If the customer has not opened the invoice within a specified number of days, we’ll print the invoice and send it by mail. This way, you can be sure that the invoice is delivered and ready to be paid in time.

When businesses get PDF invoices in their emails, they often use software that can automatically interpret and process these invoices. But Smartmail doesn't play well with these software solutions - which means it's great for sending invoices to individuals, but not to businesses.
